Debbie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.
Debbie began her career in the criminal justice field working for the University of Georgia School of Law Prisoner Legal Counseling Project as a legal assistant and paralegal for more than eight years. After moving to Tallahassee, Florida in 1991, she obtained a 2-20 General Lines Insurance license and managed self-insurance funds for Hunt Insurance Group. In 1995, Debbie began working for the Florida State Courts System where she began her career in Information Technology. Debbie worked in the areas of network, video conferencing, IP telephony, web development, e-mail, and database administration.
Debbie began employment with Millennium Settlements in December 2007 as the Systems Support Analyst, and she provides technical support to the Millennium staff and consultants.
