Gina Colley is a plaintiff Settlement Consultant who has worked for Millennium Settlements for 11 years. She works with plaintiff attorneys and their clients in who have fallen victim to personal and workers compensation injury. Her responsibilities include marketing Plaintiff attorneys on the concept of plaintiff controlled structured settlements, attending mediation and settlement conferences to assist in resolving cases. She specializes in the evaluation, design and negotiation of structured settlements, analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and has expertise working with Special Needs Trusts and Medicare Set-Aside Trusts. Gina has presented on the topic of structured settlements before the Macon Trial Lawyers Association and the Savannah Trial Lawyers Association.
Gina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and English, with a Business minor from Florida State University. Gina received the distinguished Certified Structured Settlement Consultant designation through the NSSTA program developed in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Executive Education Program in 2004 and is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA).
Gina presently resides near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband and two young sons. She has previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Tallahassee Museum and The Junior League of Tallahassee, and currently volunteers for Safe Harbor of West Chester.
