Prior to joining Millennium Settlements, Gerry was a Settlement Annuity Specialist in charge of the Ft. Lauderdale office of English & Associates. English and Associates merged with Ringler and Associates in 1987. Gerry was President of Design Settlements, Inc., a structured settlement firm which he established in Ft. Lauderdale in 1979. From 1974 to 1979, Gerry served as a Life Agent for Massachusetts Mutual. He was a commercial pilot for a charter company between 1972 and 1974.
Gerry was a member of the Broward County Association of Life Underwriters, the National Association of Life Underwriters and he is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He also is a past President of the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Counsel, Inc.
Gerry has spoken at several conferences across the United States for the Absolute Litigators organization. He has also testified in many different jurisdictions, including Puerto Rico, as an annuity expert.
Gerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Wayne State College (1968). His outside interests include hunting and fly fishing.
